Permeable sand foundation uses "single-sized, rounded fine aggregate" bonded with an "organic-inorganic hybrid polymer" (special sand-based binder). Its smooth, fine surface eliminates the roughness of traditional pervious concrete, while the internal micro‑pore structure ensures excellent permeability.
