Inorganic Transparent Primer

BES inorganic transparent primer is made by using alkali metal silicates and silica sols as the main bonding agents, supplemented by a small amount of organic film-forming substances, selected imported additives, and processed through special and exquisite processes. It does not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde, volatile organic compounds (VOC), heavy metals, APEO, and organic fungicides. This product mainly penetrates and strengthens loose walls or putty surfaces through petrochemical reactions with the substrate, and is particularly suitable for substrates such as concrete, cement mortar, stone, and putty that require high water resistance and sealing.

    Product characteristics

    ● Convenient construction and fast drying speed.
    ● Free of formaldehyde and VOC, clean taste, more environmentally friendly and safe the paint material has good stability during hot and cold storage, and has a long shelf life.

    Construction process

    ● Construction method: roller coating, brush coating, spray coating.
    ● Paint consumption: Theoretical value: 10-12m2/coat/kg The actual paint consumption may vary depending on the construction method, surface condition of the base layer, and construction environment.
    ● Coating preparation: It is not recommended to add water.
    ● Basic level requirements and treatment: The basic level is required to be dry, flat, clean, free from floating ash and oil stains.
    ● Construction requirements: Before applying the primer, the moisture content and pH value of the base material putty should be checked. The moisture content should be less than 10%, and the pH value should be less than 10 The primer should be evenly applied and the base layer should be sealed.
    ● Drying time: surface drying: less than 2 hours/25 ℃ (drying time varies with environmental temperature and humidity), repainting time: more than 6 hours/25 ℃
    ● Climatic conditions: The temperature of the environment and base layer should not be lower than 5 ℃, and the humidity should be lower than 85%, otherwise the expected coating effect cannot be achieved.

    Storage requirements

    Store at 5-35 ℃ in a cool, clean, and dry place. The remaining paint should be sealed and covered to prevent impurities from causing the paint to deteriorate. If the product is unopened and properly stored, the shelf life is 2 years.
