Concrete Hardener - NB101

BES-NB101 Concrete Hardener permanently improves the durability of concrete by penetrating the surface, filling pores and capillaries, and creating a sub-surface barrier against the ingress of water and contaminants. Suitable for interior and exterior use.

To harden concrete, this penetrating treatment reacts chemically with the free lime in concrete to produce calcium silicate hydrate within the concrete pores, making the concrete stronger and more durable. NB101 is a chemical concrete hardener.

Construction Notes

1. Mix NB101 Concrete Hardener with water at a ratio of 1:4 and stir evenly before use.

2. Clean the ground with a 50-mesh opening and splash or spray it on the ground. After spraying, use a mop or rake to drag it evenly and keep it moisturized for 30 minutes to 1 hour. After it is completely dry, start the dry grinding construction.

3. First polish with a 100-grit resin disc, clean it and then spray the NB101 Concrete Hardener a second time. After drying, polish it again with a 200-mesh resin disc.

4. If the requirement is higher, 200-800 mesh can be applied again.

5. This product may have slight precipitation after long-term storage, which is normal.
