Product Composition: BES water-based floor coating is a non-toxic, ultra-low VOC environmentally friendly water-based coating made by high-speed dispersion mixing with acrylic modified polyurethane secondary dispersion as the main film-forming material, and various coloring pigments, fillers, and functional additives. It has outstanding weather resistance, light and color retention, as well as excellent waterproof and water resistance. It has strong adhesion to cement substrates, good acid, alkali, and UV resistance. After drying, the coating film has flexibility and impact resistance. Over time, the later performance of the coating film becomes more apparent.

    Product Features

    Basic parameters

    Construction instructions

    1. Construction tools: Airless spraying machine, textured paper, baffle, etc;
    2. Usage: After opening the lid, stir the coating evenly, insert the feeding pipe into the bucket and cover it with a lid to prevent the coating surface from peeling.
    3. Operating requirements:
    (1) During spraying, the spray gun runs at a uniform speed and maintains a uniform thickness.
    (2) The width of continuous overlap spraying is generally about 1/2 of the effective spray range (adjusted according to the covering effect).
    (3) The spray gun should be perpendicular to the surface of the coating, and if the spray gun angle is tilted, the paint film is prone to stripes and spots.
    (4) Do not spray after drying, as color differences may occur.
    (5) After spraying, lift the suction pipe from the paint poke and run the pump without load. Discharge the remaining paint from the pump, filter, high-pressure hose, and spray gun, and then filter with clean water to clean the above components.
    (6) This product is prohibited from being used with water. If the spray gun does not discharge, check whether the equipment pressure value reaches 2000 or above;

    Storage requirements

    1. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place with a shelf life of one year;
    2. Light loading and unloading during transportation to prevent packaging damage;
    3. Prevent direct sunlight and keep away from sparks and heat sources;
    4. Keep the container sealed and avoid mixing with oxidants, acids, alkalis, food, and chemicals for storage.

    Matters needing attention

    1. Before use, ensure that the base layer is clean, dry, and pollution-free;
    2. Within 24 hours after the completion of the coating, it is strictly prohibited to get on people. If the temperature is above 15 ℃, it should not be exposed to rain for 1 day, if the temperature is below 15 ℃, it should not be exposed to rain for 2 days, and if the temperature is below 15 ℃, it should not be soaked in rain for a long time within 7 days;
    3. Do not work in environments with air humidity greater than 75%, such as rain, snow, fog, etc;
    4. Avoid construction when the average temperature is below 5 ℃.
    5. For unused paint, cover the bucket mouth with a thin film and then cover it with a lid.
